1. Service Usage
- Eligibility: Users must be 16 years or older to access and use our services.
- Acceptable Use: Users are expected to responsibly utilize our services and agree not to engage in activities that violate local, national, or international laws.
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. Any unauthorized access should be reported immediately.
2. Service Downtime Compensation
- If the downtime exceeds 4 hours, you will receive an additional 3 days of service subscription free of charge.
- Alternatively, the compensation may be provided as credit for the day(s) you missed out on due to the service disruption.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Payment: Payments for services are due as specified upon subscription. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other specified modes. Any additional fees or charges will be clearly communicated.
- Refunds: Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase under specific conditions. Refunds will not be issued beyond this period except in cases where legally mandated.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate the rights of others.
- DDoS Attacks: Participation in or attempting to disrupt our services or any other network with DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, or similar activities is strictly forbidden.
- Illegal Involvement: Users must not be involved in any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, DDoS attacks, or violation of terms of service of other companies. Violation will result in immediate account termination, and no refund will be provided.
5. Account Termination
- Violation of Terms: SwiftPeakHosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms without prior notice. Users will be notified of any violations and may have an opportunity to rectify them, but severe breaches may result in immediate termination.
- Data Retention: Upon account termination, any stored data may be permanently deleted as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Data Backup Recommendations
We strongly recommend users to regularly backup all their important files and data. While some of our services include frequent backups, it's essential for users to take additional precautions to safeguard their information.
7. Disclaimer
SwiftPeakHosting aims to provide uninterrupted and error-free services. However, factors beyond our control, such as technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events, may lead to service interruptions. We cannot guarantee continuous service availability.
